February is my most busiest month as I have 2 daughters celebrating their birthdays with just 2 weeks apart within the same month. My eldest girl, Rachel has been pestering me to buy puppy (but am not a pet lover), so I decided to bake her Doggies cake instead for her birthday.

As my baby's favourite is Mickey Mouse, hence decided to bake a Mickey Mouse 2 tier cakes to celebrate her 1st birthday which happened to fall on the 3rd day of CNY.
